INITIAL PHONE CONSULT

We review your documentation and offer you a free 10-minute phone consultation to discuss your project.

FEE PROPOSAL

We provide a detailed fee proposal with project fees, scope and estimated turn around time.

signed acceptance

If you choose to accept our fee proposal, we will send you a deposit invoice and once once paid, we book in your project.

DESIGN documentation

We provide a complete engineering documentation package including structural/civil drawings and computations. 

certificate of compliance

We issue a certificate of compliance, enabling you to obtain a building permit.
